Backflow Solutions Inc. is focused primarily on the testing, servicing, and installation of Cross Connection Control devices. Our Cross Connection Control Specialist has a vast wealth of knowledge and experience in the testing, servicing, and installation of most makes and models of Cross Connection Control Devices.
Backflow Solutions Inc. has experience with the testing of fire suppression system devices. In the event of a test involving a building's fire system's backflow test, we will ensure that the City of Calgary Fire Department is informed of the test, while the fire system is offline. Alarm companies may also have to be notified, and we will ensure that the proper authorities will also be informed.
We are in close contact with the City of Calgary Water Service Department, and are well aware of the importance for proper and prompt documentation of all test results. Backflow Solutions Inc. has designated a secure location to keep and maintain all such documents. Copies of all test results will be issued to the city, issued to the client, and kept on our records.
